These General Terms and Conditions of Use (our “Terms”), together with our Privacy Notice, apply every time you use our mobile application “Voyago” (our “Services”). We may change these Terms from time to time and advise you to periodically review our Terms when using our Services.
1. About Voyago and Our Services
You will be contracting with: Voyago.ai established in London, United Kingdom (“Voyago” or “we”). As an intermediary service provider, we provide you with a travel planning application to generate personalized travel itineraries and book your travel with third parties through our application. Please note that any bookings done through Voyago are done directly with the third parties we refer you to. As a result, the terms and conditions of these third parties apply, and Voyago does not assume any liability with respect to these bookings.
2. No Offer
The information in this application is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer binding to us. Binding agreements with suppliers of activities available on the Voyago require a booking request through our third-party suppliers and the supplier’s acceptance of the booking request.
3. No Warranty
While we try to ensure that the information on or through Voyago is accurate, we do not provide any warranties, express or implied, in relation to the correctness, completeness, current, reliability, suitability for any purpose or otherwise (including for any information provided by third parties). We may change, add or remove information on Voyago and its structure and functions at any time at our sole discretion, without specifically informing of any such change, and without removing outdated information or characterizing it as such. We may also block users from accessing Voyago or parts of it, or require certain conditions to be fulfilled for such access. We do not provide any warranties, express or implied, in relation to the availability of Voyago or its functions, that Voyago is or will be free from defects, or that Voyago and the infrastructure on which It runs is free from viruses and other harmful software. Moreover, we do not guarantee that information available on Voyago has not been altered through technical defects or by unauthorized third parties.
4. Limitation of liability
We expressly exclude any liability of Voyago, our directors, employees our officers with respect to your use of Voyago.
5. Third party content, links to other websites
We do not assume any responsibility for third party content (including any activities available for booking requests, and information relating to such activities) that may be available through Voyago, and for content linked to Voyago or which are linked to from it or referred to. If you think any information on Voyago is incorrect, please reach out to us by sending an email to james@voyago.ai.
6. Limited license
We hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use Voyago in accordance with the Terms and provided that you are and will always be in compliance with these Terms. You may (i) only use Voyago for your personal purposes (if you are a consumer) or for your internal business purposes (if you are a business); (ii) not nor permit any third party to copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt or make error corrections to Voyago in whole or in part; (iii) not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, translate, merge, adapt or modify Voyago or any associated documentation; (iv) not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of Voyago nor attempt to do any of the above.
7. Intellectual property rights
As between you and Voyago, Voyago together with its trademarks and design is and remains protected by copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights (including protection granted through unfair competition law). You acquire no rights in Voyago and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published or used on Voyago.
8. Amendments to the terms of use
We may amend these Terms at any time and with immediate effect. If we make amendments, they apply as of the date of their publication on Voyago.
9. Applicable law and juristiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Without exclusion of any rights you may have under your consumer law, any disputes with respect to these Terms or the use of Voyago are submitted exclusively to the courts of England.
